The Clipper GPS repeater has quickly established itself as the market leader in cockpit GPS repeaters. Typical of the Clipper range it boats large clear digits and simple operation. Installation coundn't be simpler with just two wing nuts to fasten the unit into the panel ans two wires to connect to the GPS.

"installed easily and largely does what it says. 2 issues: 1 when wpt is over 100nm distant, the SOG display gives apparently random readings changing every second, from far above actual speed (eg 62.1 kts) to 0.0. 2. the night illumnation is red and has 2 settings - very bright or nuclear bright both of which drown out the display on other nearby instruments. both issues have been raised with NASA."
